  • Description

Cabernet Sauvignon (French: [kabɛʁnɛ soviˈɲɔ̃]) is one of the world's most widely recognized red wine grape varieties. It is grown in nearly every major wine producing country

Cabernet Sauvignon combines the fruit of two of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars’ best vineyards: Fay and SLV. The signature perfume notes of the Fay vineyard are beautifully complemented by the structure and minerality of S.L.V, creating a wine which has deep red and black cherry aromas, alongside notes of juicy strawberry, cocoa and spice. The wine has an elegant texture with very fine tannins and great acidity, emphasising the rich dark berry fruit, hints of cedar and wafts of white truffle that lead to a long fruity, spice-driven finish.
