Citric Acid 100g

It's  citric acid, you can use it instead of acid blend. citric acid Use to increase acidity in all wines. For most country wines it's 1 tsp. per gallon of wine.

Acid Blend was just citric with a very small amount of tartaric in it. If you really  want acid blend it's about 90% citirc to 10% tartaric--You can mix your own easily enough!
