You can make a juniper berry wine, or add them to the sauce for your venison steak.
They also use them for a juniper beer, called Sahti. If mashing use about 25g to 80g per 5 gall. or make a juniper tea with them and just add the liquor with the yeast
It's an odd flavour especially at the high dose!
