We always enjoyed Tom Caxton, with the extra hops supplied with the kit it's even better. You just add the hop sachet that 's under the lid, we like to add it diect to the barrel. If you're bottling add it just before bottling.
We like to use the beer enhancer with this one. It adds a bit more body and flavour.
