We call them Billy Butlers. They used to be called Kwik Kits.
Fruit and grape juice based kits, they need extra sugar.
Also known as Connoisseurs. They are the last of old school wine kits.
Dry White here's a picture to show you which kit it is! The rest of them look the same
Thet couldn't call it Hock because the EEC don't like it so it's called Hockheimer....
EEC again! It's like a Moselle but they had to change the name! So, Moselstein it is!
German style white wine
You're getting the hang of this! It's called Rieslingstein and it's
like a Riesling! German white wine style, bit more dry than the others.
German style Liebfraumilch, which we're always told is German for maidens milk, we had a another name for it at Uni...
It's very popular and we drank loads of it in the old days! I still have a fondness for it though and it's a full 12% in the kit form!
We don't sell much of the Rose anymore, expect a few days delivery
French style Rhone wine, like the full bodied reds with a hint of raspberries!
When it came out about 20 years ago we all went mad for it. It's still a pleasant wine but if you want a full bodied red you have to make the more expensive kits.
Still has a following, a pleasant red with a good flavour and character.
It's at the low price end of the wine kits so don't expect too much but it's the best red in this range.
It's like a Cinzano style drink and is very good. In fact it's th best one on the market!
Sort of like a Dubonnet, it's not so popular these days but neither is Dubonnet! Dubonnet is a red Vermouth and very distinctive.
I like it but it's not to everyones taste, we don't keep much in stock so it will take a week to deliver it.
