There's teams of people working to produce fast fermenting yeast, most of them will make alcohol but ruin the flavour of the wine. Ok if all you want is Bio Fuel! These wines use the best, more expensive yeasts which ferment fast and produce good wine

 For a 4-day fermentation, only a few European concentrates will work well. Naturally these are the best!

You could ferment out a wine in one day but it would be terrible! Our homebrew wines take a bit longer but they are worth it! You can wait 5 days can't you?
