The fabulous white labs yeast in stock, these a generous dollop of liquid yeast culture in a big plastic phial.
They can be added straight to a five gallon brew or used a s a starter.
The container holds 35 Ml of yeast and culture medium, at least half is a good lump of yeast.

To make 5 Gallons/25 litres of beer
Keep the yeast in the fridge until ready to use, it's stored in the fridge here and will be bubble wrapped to keep it cool on it's way to you.
Take the yeast from the fridge about 5 hours before use and when at fermenting temperature(about23c) add to beer.
It's best if the beer is between 21 to 24c and kept at that temperature until the bubbles really start.
The beer should be well roused, stirred up so there's plenty of air in it, before adding yeast. A
