It's called Grappa, we used to call it Gripper when we first met it.

Mexican drink made out of cactus- Well actually the juicy core of the Agave. True tequila is fragrant and complicated.
We went through a teenage phase with Tequila and it was just strong. We're rediscovering this unique drink and finding it much more interesting!
