Italian Chardonnay's are lighter and fresher than those of California. They can offer good acidity and will give off lemon, melon and pineapple aromas. It is well paired with any meal; try it out with seafood, salads or any fresh white fishes. Italian Chardonnay can become more complex if aged well, 5 months aging is recommended. (20 grams of oak)

Full bodied with a slight lemon nose, it's a firm favourite with us in the shop!
